Shipping Policy
AUSTRALIA
We offer free delivery on orders with an Australian delivery address when the sub total is greater than AU $100.00 and a flat rate of AU $15.00 on all orders less than AU $100.00, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers and free delivery is not available on excluded items listed below. Collection of product is not available. The free shipping will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-5 business days from dispatch depending on location, however please refer to the availability of each item for dispatch timeframes. The estimated dispatch is noted above the add to cart button on high demand and special order products. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES)
We no longer ship internationally, however if an international customer wishes to arrange their own shipping, we are more than happy to accomodate collection from our warehouse. Please note that warranty may be voided once the item leaves Australia.
EXCLUDED ITEMS
Free shipping is not offered for products that are special orders and do not appear in our online store or are of a large size/volume or weight. These products included but are not limited to:
